They have all the required weights and equipments for You to gift yourself a good body! Humble, Determined and trainers with deep knowledge about muscle and mobility in your body is not a common sight in Noida. But In WSA we get That!

He teaches MMA which includes Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, etc. He is very good at making me understand the movement patterns in MMA. My performance in terms of Stamina & Strength has improved drastically. Training in MMA improves your confidence levels. The training partners & Coach help in making the learning process smoother for a beginner like myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not like your regular gym, if you want to build your core and stamina this will be the best place for you, i have given my 6 7 months here with ishwar bhaiya, and believe me you will feel the difference and confidence by yourself. He is highly skilled with a lot of experience and gym has all the equipments that a professional MMA OR UFC gym contains.
If you are a fitness enthusiast you should visit it and train yourself.
