They are just wasting time and money. I spend more than 3000 rs still my RO is not working

their representative named Rohit came for servicing of my RO before 17/March/2022 and to impress me for availing AMC he removed some kind of plate(fitted in my RO) from my RO and since then my RO first shortcircuited and when I complaint them to rectify they took more than 15 days to send Rohit again i.e,29/March/2022 he checked it and said smps is short & new is required at that very moment I contacted their centre and some lady picked up call when I told her everything she was blaming me when I recalled her mistakes then she realized that they are wrong and the person named Rohit said he will replace smps next day i.e 30/March/2022 and he never came back when i m contacting them they are not picking my call
CONCLUSION IS NEVER EVER AVAIL THEIR SERVICES AND DONT GO FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES ELSE YOU WILL LOOSE WHOLE UR MONEY TOTALLY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE BY THEM.
