★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, for group meetup and family outing , away from pollution free city, nice riverfront. Clean room and service. You have to look yourself for food. Amenities like swimming pool and access to club house. Overall it was a great experience.

Had been here with friends .. Definitely coming back with my family !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place for new years. It is a group of farm houses put together along with a club house, facing a perennial river with a porch and dine out area. Rooms are badly Ventilated. Though clean , its a good place for a big group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very beautiful next to a river. The rooms were very clean. And the service given by the staff was excellent. Nice place for family outing. And the owner Tejas Patil (Bungalow 41) is very cooperative and very polite. Definitely gonna visit again. And highly recommended for others.
