★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to visit . Though there are not too much things to watch but the cafe in 2nd floor is awesome named Bit's & Bytes. The food there is too good with the speciality of there baked paties.

The best thing about this place is it's connectivity.
- This building falls in the most visited commercial sector of Noida i.e. Sector 18.
- It is surrounded with the best Malls in Noida.
- It is in walking distance from Metro station - Sector 18.
- It is very near to the Greater Noida Highway, which connects East Delhi, South Delhi and Greater Noida Area.
- All the banks falls near this building.
- A lot of eateries and shopping options.
With all the benefits we have from this place, there are some disadvantages or problematic areas too.
- Parking is always crowded. To get good parking place, you need to reach this area by 10 AM.
- Since this building is on such a great location, in terms of connectivity, roads around this are generally crowded and jam packed in peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best looking building till date in sector-18 Noida. Well maintained from inside with proper common facilities. Ground floor is retail area with many popular shops and Bikaner is the highlight of this Building. Upper floors have offices of reputed companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to recognize from main road, metro connectivity. There are some outlets like bikaner Wala, idea customer care, spa and bicycle shop etc. Their is a liquor shop behind the silver tower. There are some office above the ground floor. Can get public convince easily.
