★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the prices of the products in the shop aren't competitive. You'd still have to rely on SS Music and Musician's Mall for better prices and variety.
Secondly, and most saddening part of the experience was the repairing service. My classical guitar needed a bridge replacement. I gave them proper instructions, asking to get a new bridge and paste it. They said, "Okay". But when I got my guitar, I saw, they just glued the old bridge, and then screwed it into the guitar.
I don't know who their mechanic is but bolting a bridge into a classical soft body guitar might just be the most uneducated thing I have seen in the music circuit ever. Later, when I told him about this, he dared question my knowledge and experience.
In general the experience was ludicrous. I'd like to add, the shop owners are friends of my brother. They treat friends and family like this, I wonder, what they'd do to outsiders.

I am a constant customer here from the very beginning and honestly I am never unsatisfied here. It's a heaven for any music lover. Don't just get manipulated by my long review, just visit once,you're gonna love it !!!!
