Mr. Waseem is full of knowledge and I always prefer to get the service from him only..... earlier he was in sector-18 Noida branch now shifted to indirapuram branch..... Overall experience in this Salon is excellent.... you feel another home..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have seen the service of waves Noida and because of that I decided to go to this slon being the same chain but it was my biggest fault. I went for a smoothning process and trust me the results were horrendous..... I have been a regular person at smoothning and other haur services since last 10 yrs but have never seen such pathetic service. They entirely burned my hair from the crown area and even the process was incomplete because of which there are visible bounce on entire crown area and to ad to it the person in charge is not ready toa ccept the fault like any other salon owner they put the entire blame on me. My money, time and energy all went in vein. Please do not ever trust their words they will ahow as if they are so well versed but at time of service ll handover the task to new hands n ll just keep a surpervision intermittently and as a result u ll be fooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More professionalism is expected out of the staff and management, considering the cost of the services. They charged me extra GST and didn't provide the bill receipt even after I insisted on it. Just took my number and said that the bill copy will be provided later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for hair smoothening and kera treatment but my hair got damaged looks like burnt after kerasmooth.. Either the problem with products or with procedure.. When i was planning to go to this salon, one of my friends suggested not to go but my previous experience was good so i didn't listen to her and went. That was my mistake and now I am regretting.

Will cost you more , I knew that my hairs are rough hence I was ok.Afterwards they experimented many Products at once and ruined my hairs absolutely. I was telling them don’t do too much processing but they let assuring me don’t worry our products are high quality ( to make bills). My hairs looks like burnt now and I have to wait until regrowth.
OTHER PART OF STORY THIER MANAGER RUDE BEHAVIOR: When I called manager he said we will do one more procedure and your hair will be fine ,I said no as I have wedding to attend and upset with my hairs and asked my money back, he stated that you have not bought us by just giving 15000rs .if this last treatment does not work then Do not shout ,we will not return money, Take this treatment if this don’t work I will call you and return money, I agreed to take 1 more chance and allowed them to do 1 more treatment for damage control. After 2 days hairs got worse.i cried a lot. I called them and manager did not attend my phone. Other workers spoke to me AND told me that he will call you back.MANAGER DID NOT CALL, DID NOT COME TO SALON TO LISTEN , did not return my money . Already 2 months.

The price told at the counter is different with what comes out in the final bill. I would never avail services here again. Everyone, please be cautious while dealing at WAVES.
