★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LIFE LINE OF ENTIRE CSTC(WBTC) FLEET BECAUSE THIS PLACE NOURISHED THE WHOLE RUNNING AND HOLD BUSES,WHEREAS IT IS AC OR NON AC VEHICLES.THIS DEPOT PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE PRESENT AND FUTURE ACTIVITIES OF CSTC(WBTC).SO HATS OFF FOR ENTIRE STAFF FOR SMOOTH MAINTAINING OF ALL FLEET(AC OR NON AC BUSES )THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.LOCATED ON NILGUNJ ROAD JUST CLOSED TO L9 BUS STOPPAGE AND BESIDE OF RENAISSANCE AUTO LPG PVT.LTD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will share an incident not related to this depot, but a bus belonging to this depot. The date was 20th Nov 2021, and me being a regular passenger of S9A(Ballygunge-Sinthi) always love travelling in the Belghoria depot buses instead of paikpara or lake depot ones. However, on the mentioned date the bus which i boarded (WB 05 1316, Ashley Janbus) had it's vacuum pipe bust open from the ballygunj stand itself and to make matters worse, the conductor Isusued me a ticket of 12 rupees to sinthi. After the driver failed to get the bus running, we demanded for a refund and Wbtc officials say they don't refund, instead they either validate the ticket for any bus on that route or provide a replacement bus from other depot's. To make matters worse this was the last bus from ballygunj and the starter said she would provide a bus from lake depot after 45 minutes.. Thoroughly disappointed by this functionality of wbtc.. They should consider refund and less harrowing to passengers for smooth running of their already diminished services..
