★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a o2 concentrator. Took money for a whole month in advance. The patient passed away in 9 days. When taking the equipment back the next day, We care kept the whole months amount. Refused to refund any amount. Not right to profit from a situation like this. Be cautious with this provider.
UPDATE: response to We Care owner's reply. You are contradicting yourself. You told us that if we return within few days, you will charge a minimum of 1 week rental at Rs 400/day. Now you're saying even for 1 day you charge a whole month's rental....
