★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Wash Laundromats made it SO easy for us to get a whole heap of clothes washed and delivered back to our hotel. The checkout process was very straightforward and their response is very quick if you had questions. Also the price is very reasonable with them folding it and organising it all too! We highly recommend to anyone visiting Gurugram!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Be careful whenever u give ur clothes to this laundry. I gave my 40 clothes to them and the pickup guy asked me if any of those clothes had any color issue. So I told them about those clothes and asked them to wash separately(the guy agreed to it) and what I got was very nicely folded clothes where they hid all the stains(they were not their previously, it was the color of some other cloth). I got to know about them when I unfolded. I complained them, they said we didn't do that, u can give us those clothes for dry cleaning and we will clean all the stains. So this is how they are earning money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality. They even spoiled my Tshirt. Gave jackets as well for the dry cleaning and they couldnt even remove the oil stain. There was ko empathy or any solution for the Tshirt they spoiled. Infact I had to pay for it as well. Never ever give your clothes here

they will keep on lying to you and will not complete their job. They took my curtains to wash n iron and promised to do this in three days but they took 7 days and still they returned it without ironing. Horrible service. Never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like everyone said already in reviews, They steal your clothes, they destroy your clothes and then they say they didn’t come to their place. They fool to another level. They destroyed all my h&m clothes worth 6000 and stole clothes worth 1000. They wash so unhygienically. They wash your clothes with towels and bedsheets and send stained and destroyed clothes. This place should be shut or taken an action collectively as they have done same thing to a lot of customers. The owner has been taught no manners to talk to women. I will be taking this issue to serious level as immense loss has been done. Just dont dont dont give your clothes to this company.
