from two days i m trying to know my account activation status it is not happening
i invested too through the fundsindia app amount got deducted from bank account and there is nothing in dashboard
do not cheat the prospective investors through robbing their hard earned money

I always thought managing other persons money was a bigger responsibility but here at funds india it was as if you were buying tomatoes on the street. You want it take it or else leave. Phew!!!! Sorry u just lost Trust which is central to this business. Nobody teaches you that in business school, It comes naturally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad support service. I have put my redemption request on 13th Oct 2017 and still i did not got money after 10 days also.
No one in the support receving my calls. We have write mail then they will give reply and they will say something and after that also your issue will not get solve.
I am going to stop my SIP. Please think before investing money with fundsindia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using FundsIndia since 2013 and doing all my MF investments through it. Very stable platform, quick customer care service. Regular emails notifications about upcoming SIPs. Never ever had an issue. Starting from account opening till now.

1. Best for beginners who wants to invest in mutual funds. They definitely need to improve on their support and service. Some advisors are good and I'm lucky to get a good one. Blogs and knowledge sharing is nice.
2. Worst part is their stock platform, it's just waste of time if you invest stocks through fundsindia when there are lot of good options available in the market. Advisors are also rude when it comes to stock they are not supportive.
Overall a mixed bag. I'll definitely consider other options and will discontinue with this within an year.

Having experience in multiple trading platforms and direct mutual fund house investing I found Fundsindia to be following archaic rules and process. Have been trying to get my bank account linked to Fundsindia account changed for a very long time. The requirements are wierd like need bank managers name and designation in my a/c statement. Customer support is not knowledgeable enough for Swift response. My funds are locked in. It's better to use direct find houses for mutual fund investments instead of this government office
