★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy any product from them, no response. For products which are in warranty they want to charge 7000 rupees. Why???? My AC has stopped working since 1 month. Installed in Aug 2017, why are the parts not under warranty? No concept of customer service. Do yourself a favor buy from another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are scammers. Run out of a shop in Andheri East, they advertise themselves as official LG customer service executives. It's only when they arrive without any ID that you realise that they are not only unauthorised, but also don't know what they are doing. The service man took 3 days to come and inspect my washing machine, and once he came, he opened up the entire machine but couldn't diagnose the problem. He took the motherboard back to his workshop, but even after repairing it, and charging 3000 Rs. for it, the machine stopped working within a few days. Since they had given a one-month warranty, I called and made them check it again. This time, some other part was not working. This is when I realised that these guys have no idea how to repair anything, and I called the authorised LG repair centre, and they immediately sent someone to identify the issue, and had it repaired in 48 hours. Never making this mistake again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unreliable and the worst customer service possible. If you want to get your work spoilt or ruined completely, their sales guys never answer the phone or bother to call u back, they make u realise that you are a fool calling them again and again waiting for status and feedback but they simply show a careless and cold attitude. Toshiba should take strick action against them and cancel their agency.
Because of this i will advice everyone against buying Toshiba ac. bcos in case u need service, the after sales is worst then worst
