★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional work, no bug testing, if you ask them to fix the bugs the delay by a lot, and also consider bug fixing as a change. From major spelling errors to wrong aspect ratios of images, they have made terrible mistake, worst part is the service, not picking calls, unwanted delays, missing deadlines.
A strict no from my end, would never five them any further work if the required changes not made in time.
These guys do not understand for an ecommerce company the website is the major source of income, if the website is delayed for too long there is a huge loss in revenue.
They are always confused between departments and expect you to coordinate with design team, development team, sales team, testing team separately. If I am paying good I should not be going through all these troubles. Getting interns to build the website would have been an easier job to manage.
Edit: they have agreed to complete the work.

He understood the exact requirement from us and showed us a few designs for the homepage. We coordinated with them over the emails and phone calls. We got the project (website) delivered to us in time. I highly appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism of the team (as they worked on the weekends too, just because we were in need) The best thing is that they took care of everything from graphics to content to designing to development. It reduced a lot of our troubles for us in arranging all of it at the time of urgency.
