★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer care service,one just can't simply contact them after registering a complaint,they will ignore your calls and on describing a situation to them,they have the audacity to say Everytime that your system is at fault.
Once while making a complaint about net speed,they even asked me not to use chrome and to use Firefox as it is somehow faster.
It takes days to resolve a issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My internet goes down usually 4-5 times in a week and the speed I am receiving is very poor. I have raised a complaint so many times but they haven't resolved it yet. Now I am switching to some another ISP after using their services for 17 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were providing good service earlier, but their services have now degraded to a point that i am considering changing my service provider to jio or airtel when my plan ends, even if i have to shell out more money. Can't contact them when the internet is down. Won't even pick calls. They are least interested to sort out issues. They charge you for a speed you never get. Downtime are much more frequent and they take a day or two to resolve.
