But they smoke cigarettes and throw the buds in the alley mess-up the floor, offices in the same floor are fed up with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Webenza at 3 different companies, and at the first two, they did great work. Because of this, I enlisted them to work on design refreshes of some collateral at my current company. I don't know what happened between the first two times and the last time, but my experience was terrible. Their work was sub-par, uninspired and sloppy. They clearly were not trying their best nor were they proofing things before sending to me. Uneven designs, text not aligned, and more problems. It was sloppy, lazy work and they did not seem to care. I spoke with them on multiple occasions about how unhappy I was, and they would be very apologetic, but then nothing would change. Their communication was also terrible, we were made to guess where to find things, requested updates were not made and were not communicated to us WHY they were not made. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never work with them again and I will never recommend them.
