★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen quite a bit of bad reviews about the company but let's be honest. Webgrity as a company is really great and innovative.
PROS :-
1) 80 minutes worth of break on a full working day.. That is path breaking given i have worked with several reputed companies like Wipro etc.
2) Salary is hardly ever late.
3) There is no overtime work culture prevalent. Nobody keeps you back like certain other companies I have worked with, you finish your working hours you go home as simple as that.
4) Friendly ambience and great work environment.
5) Leave policy is transparent and easy to avail unlike a lot of other places where taking your due leaves also becomes a pain.
CONS:-
1) The washroom needs to be a little more maintained and we need additional one.
2) The salary could be a little higher though honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After working here for almost 3 years, I can summarize my experience by saying that, they value your professional skills and ability to take responsibilities. If you are ready to learn while working, then this place is for you.
Pros:
1. No overtime work
2. Salary on time
3. Salary increments also on time
4. Work only in the domain you were hired for.
5. Work culture is very professional.
6. Yearly paid vacations to abroad.
7. Yearly paid trips to nicco park.
8. Other recreations like table tennis.
Cons:
1. Place is too quiet, but it also helps you focus on work at hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Web development Company in Kolkata. Quality work, Great working environment, Superb administrative department, No overtime, Pay salary on time. Webgrity has everything what an employee can expect from a company. I am working in this industry since 2007. I have seen lots of other company. They had no quality work, Working environment was poor, administrative department was not good.They had no proper time to leave from office. Among all of them it is the best company. Cheers for Webgrity. I love this Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am working here for past 9 years and to be honest my experience is good. I have joined as fresher hear and if you are a fresher then this is the best startup company.
Pros:
1) No extra work, Timing is fixed ( 10:00am to 7:00pm)
2) Salary on time.
3) Recreational activities.
4) Work culture, administration, employees, everything is friendly.
Cons:
1) Not a place for people that like to show up and just chill.
2) Salary scale is quite low.
3) It will be better if alternate Saturday will off.

I think the above line is sufficient to describe how I am happy with the company's current terms and condition. I have been honored to be part of this company for more than 12 years.
In this company, I always get a good tension free and stress free working environment, in time salary, fixed working hours without any over time, lots of recreational entities, located within metro route etc. The work environment of this company also helps me to balancing my personal life and professional life which is more precocious for me.
Yes, the salary structure is quite low as per other industries, but overall the package is sufficient for me to spend a normal and comfortable life. Right now I am very happy with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked in webgrity 4 years .I worked under two project managers before current project manager in Admin.But I did not see such a bad manager she complaining to the CEo COO with little things.Three years and nine months I was in the admin team. But without any reason are shift me to another team.last 5 month i have worked under vikas Agarwal . He has insult in front of with small things. even he threatened to me dismiss from the job. After 4 years working,suddenly HR told me that I Have done wrong work .so I was asked to leave. Which was immoral.Even given me the release letter on my last working day was kept waiting for a long time this is very unexpected. Otherwise accountant behavior Carries the identity of low taste include some...
Pros:
Salary is paid on time, Timing is fixed ,Recreational activities .
Cons:
Some mangesr are not cooperate, very hard to satisfy reporting manager, They always ready to complain HR for sack, Hr wrost behavior
