My recruitment method was very flexible as in I was given ample time to prepare a webpage using Node.js as backend. When I joined I was not knowledgeable enough to get going immediately. My team lead and seniors were extremely helpful in that regard. They guided me and pushed me to learn things I needed in the job.
Salary is on time, the increments are good. And the best is there are variety of projects which gives varied exposure to a fresher. As perks goes, the company organizes multiple day trips for employees :)
Highly recommended for freshers who are looking to grow in the web development industry and get variety of exposures in different kinds of projects.
