★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They don't deserve 1 star but it is minimum value. I lost my account without intimation mail / sms. I lost my sms balance in it. Now they are saying we don't maintain logs. I am not able to see my sms lists / reports nothing. Support person with whom I talked was very rude. I forwarded them mail of account creation, instead of help on get activate my account they are saying that mail was fake.
At the end they are saying we have may customers only because of service.
May be they dont need anymore customers.

Dont tell about "No company keeping records more than 3 years". At same time I bought SMS from SMSHUB. and that account is also inactive for 3 years. but they are sending me time to time SMS regarding that and also some promotions to use their service and also having my old reports with them.
My problem was about Intimation to customer to keep him informed and may be approachable for future business. In that section you are lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Marketing company I have ever seen. Don't Buy any service from them. They don't even give refunds for the Bulk Voice calls service. They say we don't provide logs of the campaign. How will I know, if the call was successful or not. Who in their right mind will develop such facility?
