★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Association doesn't give you any voice. Tenants pay maintenance but you have no say. Owners rule and show no respect. Have seen tenants getting kicked out of whatsapp group, stopped powersupply to their houses just for asking a solution for water issue. Terrible place to stay. Don't risk it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is having a lake surrounded by a park to walk out. You will enjoy your own company while roaming around. Lake is filled with birds and those are very attractive.

Initially things looked good when I went to see the place, Neatly maintained and near the lake but later when I started staying there things started to unveil and the place is horrible. They do not include tenants in the apartment group (like Whatsapp). As a tenant you have to go through the owner (who sits in US in my case) for any query or any information.There is seepage problem in many flats and the association is horrible. There is no visitor's parking, if you have visitors they have to pay heavy for parking, I have not seen any apartment charging for parking. The lifts often do not work. No back up from 10 am to sunset, those who are working from home are screwed. Getting any plumbing or repair work is a nightmare. Very difficult to get people for repair work. I heard the clubhouse and swimming pool is not legal. I shifted out of the place, who would want to live or buy a flat there with so many problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, very fine example of the saying - LOOKS ARE DECEPTIVE. Don't believe if the seller is saying that you get water 24x7. If you are lucky, water might be there for 12 hours a day. And in summer, better take a hotel for doing daily tasks. Apartment owners association is a puppet of the tanker mafia. So don't expect any output there. Staying here for 2-3 years, no steps taken towards a solution. Getting worse year after year. Otherwise houses are decent, view is amazing. Even if there is no water in toilet, you can enjoy water in kaikondrahalli lake from a distance
