★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service of Welcome Hotel & Restaurant is one of the finest and nicest restaurants in Chinsurah. It is both friendly for family and couples. Everyone visiting Chinsurah must visit the restaurant once. The food items are a bit costly but you will worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience with average quality food but the price tag is bit higher. It was disappointing to find that they don't serve original betki. Basa was the fish they serve. Chinese food is good here. But the quality of food hs room to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor quality of food. I never expected to be this low. I ordered masala kulcha and laccha paratha as parcel. When I went home I found out how poorly the laccha paratha was made. It was made with atta instead of flour and extremely poor taste and too high price. 70 rupees for such quality of laccha paratha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recent visit i was very upset. They have raised the price to sky high however the quality of food and taste had detoriated drastically. Covid19 protocol not followed
Ambiance is good. Staff are well mannered. The only problem was with the Mutton menu. It was very stiff and hard. When complained they changed it. Take care of mutton receipies

Tandoori Roti was small and to much baked.
However, the Masala Paneer was too good.
