I bought a flat G 1406 at 121 homes noida through them.
At the time of deal they made tall promises like you need not to pay maintenance till the time all amenities are developed by AGC (Builder).
Their representative told me maintenance will only be charge once builder develops all amenities.
With that promise i made all the payments to the builder. During the last payment the builder asked me for 2 years maintenance in advance.
I called up the welcome guy Manoj, he said that he will talk to his manager and will ask the builder to take only one year advance payment and 1 year post dated cheques.
For the last one month i am chasing this guy Manoj for more clarity.
But he is now not giving any answer.Always making some excuse or other..
I recommend that this organization should be avoided and their verbal commitment should not be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They r theifs, never go with them, even they dont honor their own written letter on their letter head.
I shall file case in a RERA now.
I have their written letter which they suppose to fullfill after 40% of payment in paramount emotion property. when I propsed them the letter they directly rejectd to honor it.
Im sure its not by them only, paramount is also involved in their fraud.
Its a fake company of looters.
Please be aware of them.

Never Buy anything from This property dealer, They can commit fraud on paper even,
Even paramount (a company deals in residential building) is also not going to support you in their cheat.
They call themself channel partner but M/s Paramount taught them to cheat buyer and they play well in cheating.
