★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy tiles from them. I have ordered tiles for my home renovation and have given them advance, 1st of all they charge high price and provide low quality of tiles. I have purchased better quality of tiles from mahaveer nagar at much lower prices than what they offer. According to my construction worker the tiles are not durable and will loose its glossiness very easily. secondly Despite ordering tiles in bulk they have provided us broken tiles. the packaging was so cheap that it was obvious to received broken tiles. they have saved money on packaging. some tiles were without boxes packed with rope only. out of 20 boxes 10 boxes were broken completely at the time of delivery and rest were partially destroyed (from edges, cracked and unfinished tiles). I clicked pictures and informed them immediately . As i was not able to open all boxes (60 boxes) at the same time i informed them about 10 damaged boxes. they told me that they will change it in the end. we have given them advance and they took undue advantage of it. At the time of unboxing we found total 20 broken boxes. when we were out of intact tiles i called them and ask them to change just 5 boxes because rest tiles were adjusted in cuttings etc and I cant use there broken tiles for front straight wall. They simply denied me of changing or refunding for any box. At that time I was short of tiles AND MY WORK WAS ON HOLD SO I DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION Than TO BUY new boxes. Again WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP 3 NEW BOXES, I OPENED THEM IN THEIR SHOP AND FOUND EDGES of 2 boxes BROKEN. AFTER SHOWING THEM SAME BROKEN TILES THEY SIMPLY TOLD ME WE HAVE THIS MATERIAL ONLY PURCHASE IT OR NOT. they 1st trapped us and then behaved rudely. I am Totally disappointed from them. Don't fall for their marketing strategies as they are very good at it. 0 star out of 5. DO NOT PURCHASE LOW QUALITY marbles or tiles from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy a quartz for kitchen shelf but i received a very bad quality n diffected pieces after completing my kitchen when labour remove the plastic sheet from quartz shelf, the shelf was defected having patch on it that look so bad. Back of quartz is also defected. They fill and paste gatta at the back of quartz to hide the deffect. All this diffect came in front of me when ghesai wala start his work and noticed all the deffects. They are not doing fair deal with costumer. So plz dont buy anything from them. Rates are also high from others.
