★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man on the landline telephone of the pharmacy has no respect for ailing customers. He considers himself in an advantageous position to speak with customers badly and declines request at his very own sweet will. If a customer has a slight query about a medicine, he simply says ki 'aapke sath humesha problem aati hai'. Not to mention that he supplies faulty instrument (thermometer) and when customer requests to return/exchange, he says that 'abki baar kar raha hu, aage se nahi karunga'... I mean why would the customer exchange if the product is supplied right in the first place! Overall, really bad behaviour.... Not once, but the guy attending the landline is habitual of the same.
I cant say much about over the counter service. But thats my experience with him over the phone for the last few days, when we were in need (our family was corona positive and we couldn't move out).
