I attended Android app developer interview here and the two interviewers on the panel asked me irrelevant questions and had zero knowledge on the subject. With zero knowledge on programming they were extremely rude and arrogant. The second person acted like she was the most knowledgeable person in the world and made herself look foolish .
The organization may be trying hard and providing quality work, so please don't keep people on your panel who would never get you good employees . If you are planning to hire talent in your team, please keep someone in your panel who understands the basics, and knows how to talk to people
