First they see prescription on whatsapp and say they've the medicine, then they ask to get original prescription, then they say they don't have the medicine!!

This people are not at all professional and they are in medical industry profession
Despite repeated call they don't answer the calls and they are very negligent about it
Wellness forever brand should take a call on this store where neither the pharmacist or the manager are not at all professional about their work
Hope the brand takes the call abt it and people don't suffer like I have suffered

I placed the order for medicine at 10pm and they promised to deliver it within an hour, but they failed miserably couldn't deliver by next morning 10 am and when I called they put the phone aside and didn't listen to what I was saying. I ultimately had to travel 4km from my place to talk to them and instead of being sorry they had the audacity to give me attitude specially Sameer in their store. I am a slip disc patient and because of them I couldn't take my two dose. They are completely ruining the brand wellness forever.
