★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd Class Customer service, Staff is extremely uneducated with no experience in pharmacy. I Have waited for 30 mins outside the shopee just to get a ointment which is easily available in all medical store.
The staff was pathetic and unable to find the ointment in the store itself , later identified it was kept near the cash counter.
