★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest ever staff I saw ever in my life even road side howker who is illiterate will never talk like the staff of this "Wellness forever shop"
Called up and politely said that by mistake have got Rosucor 10 and not Rosuka 10 that I had ordered before even I complete my sentence this man rudely said have sent you what you had asked when I told him how would I order for something that I am not even aware about its existence? You check your record we being old customer and every month we order same medicine. Still he continued being rude and said stop arguing you want medicine exchange or not dont waste my time and banged the phone!!!!!??
IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMMERS????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to rate it negative. Once I had gone to buy medicine for my son. They gave me the wrong medicine. Luckily I checked the name on the prescription . I went to the medical to return it ,they didn’t even bother to apologize. The staff who gave me the tablet wasn’t even a qualified pharmacist. Would never recommend anyone to buy medicines from here. The worst medical store in 4 bungalow

They use to have good staff
But
Not anymore
I personally faced a person his I'd is (deepak yd)
He is rude.
I don't know if the proprietor knows about it or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday at 10 pm night, I asked for 3 medicines from wellness forever.
Staff said that medicines were available.
I again called to ask about delay in delivery
The staff said that he needed Dr.‘S proscription.
Sent prescription on given WhatsApp
Again checked about delay at 11:30 pm
Staff said it will take time so I said to send it in morning
Called today at 9 am, staff said that he was sending
Again asked for about delay, now staff asked about quantity of medicine, though it’s written ‘Stat’ in prescription. Mean to take medicine only once.
Again after 1 hr. delay, called up Wellness. This time the new staff asked the registration no. I had to ask the dr. to give.
Before u could share the dr. Registration no., I got a call about my address
Finally at 12 noon, Wellness person comes with only one medicine.
I have sent the person back to get the other two medicines, it’s 12:30 pm. The shop 10 minutes away.
Why should anyone order for medicine to Wellness where management is poor and staff are not trained?

Good for walk-in customers. They have super market as well. Veg and non-veg items available (cold storage).
