★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a guesthouse for the MP'S you need an MP'S recommendation to get a room here. Only suites are available, rates are very reasonable and telescopic in nature, rates go up as the days of your stay extends.They have double suite and single suite single suites can accommodate maximum 3 persons and double suite 5 persons. A canteen is there with very reasonable tariff and good food but the menu is fixed and same for everyday with little variety.Dont expect standard hotel type room service and all.You can first book for only three days which later have to be extended through a new application. There is also a ministerial pool with added perks and lower tariffs.The main advantage is it's right in the centre of luytens Delhi and quality accommodation at such reasonable rates is not available anywhere nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a guest house for MPs and MPs recommendation is needed for getting a room here.. the building is nicely built by the britishers and the campus is very neat, clean and spacious.. it's located at a prime location on Janpath near Connaught Place and Janpath is the nearest metro station.. the rooms are nice, spacious, neat and clean.. the prices of rooms are very reasonable and it goes up if you extend your stay.. there's a canteen too with reasonable price with a decent menu and food.. the room service is ok, not like some hotel.. the rooms are booked for 3 days first and further it can be extended..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive structure with thick pillers give you a sudden feeling of British Architecture. Yes it is made by Britishers during the colonial rule.
Beautiful off white colored 2 floors building with vast, neat and clean Suites(Rooms) situated near Janpath Hotel on Janpath Road.
Ample of area inside for parking.
Food is available (limited choice) in the canteen on first floor which opens 3 times in a day for 2 to 3 hours.
The place is available only for Ministers & Member of Parliament of India(either present or former) to stay temporarily or if any Minister or current member of parliament recommend then someone can stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Western Court Building is a former colonial era building that was used to house visiting dignitaries, but is not used by members of parliament. Ordinarily, members of the public are not allowed to visit, but the guards let me have a quick wander around the grounds. The building is built in a very simple neoclassical building. The facade of the building including the neoclassical structures are pretty plain and devoid of decorations as far as I could tell. Fine to take a look if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of the way to see it.
