★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this western union the owner/employee is a con artist. Tried to charge me a bogus 'tax' of 80000 rupees. Horribly dishonest and I will be making a complaint directly to wrstern union.

I wanted to collect money from this branch but due to below reasons I had to get it done in a different branch.
1) The representative is dishonest (Told me on call that the office is open till 9 Pm, but when I went there at 7 pm he told me to come next day since he closed it some time back). I had to travel 50 + 50 min up and down for no reason.
2) The representative has no manners (he will cut the call intentionally, at first I was under impression that the call is getting cut because of bad network, later I realised he is cutting the call intentionally mid -conversation and he is not interested in providing details/ support to customer).
I asked him a basic question "When & what time can I come to withdraw my money" for which he replied by saying that he has my number and that he will call and inform me. I haven't received any call from him after that.
I got my work done from a different branch at the end.
