I called them to ask that I want to receive a Western Union so till what time your office will be open but this person refused to give me the information i desire and straight away started asking me questions like where it is coming from and what is the name of sender? then I again asked him very politely that I only want to know till what time your office will be open and then this guy in a very rude tone said don't you understand the language or I have to speak in any other different language? I asked why do you need these information he replied again in a very rude tone at I don't have a licence or somthing like that. I said Okay. And I hang up the phone.
