★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this agent to collect the money which was sent to me by one of my british cousin, an arrogant girl named Pooja she sits at the counter, my cousin is british muslim cuz my Aunt married a Muslim Man, then obviously his name is a muslim one as well. So this girl asked me about my religion & then on top of this when i told her that he is my cousin, she started making faces as if i was lying and gave a weird smile, i asked her that how does it really matter?? I understand they need to know few things maybe as a part of formality but making faces and smiling uselessly shows how professional these people are. This girl made me wait by saying i am doing something important you have to wait, so according to her the other person is a dumb-ass.
After all the formalities are done, when i said thanks to her, she didn’t even had courtesy to say welcome. Trust me this girl will treat you as if she is paying money from her own pocket. Such a stupid attitude i haven’t seen till now. I have never seen this kind of arrogance in any of the agents neither here nor there. Think before you visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, highly unprofessional and full of attitude specially Dinesh mathur. I live in Canada and my parents wanted to transfer money from India. We locked the dollar price 51.33 . My parents transferred the Indian currency in given account by Dinesh mathur at same day (Friday morning). He asked lot of documents one by one and I provided. But intentionally he didn’t proceed same day because dollar rate was low . Then next day he said it’s bank holiday. We waited till Monday but no transection yet?.
We called him lot of time and sent massages. He replied in one word ‘proceeded’. Then he informed us dollar rate increased (52.40) and he will transfer less amount. I was really helpless because my money was in his company account and I asked to return the money to my parents account then he said(with attitude like I am taking money from his pocket) it will charge 50$ . Then he transferred money in my Canadian account as he said. But after 12 days I got my money and they deduct 91 $ extra from my amount, and when I asked, he replied hidden charges has been applied with dollar rate 52.90 without informing me. I suggest never go there specially to Dinesh mathur.
The whole process was so frustrating and I lost my college addmission for this semester because of delay in fee.?..and top of everything no respect and bad behaviour with my mom. I would prefer not to go this fraud place ever.
