However, while having visited them multiple times, there was only this one time, when we had a poor billing experience, having to wait over an hour to get the desired discount, due to some error in their internal network which misread some info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage...this store sent a ripped dress worth 1699 via online order #155185...I had flagged this within 10 mins of delivery...still running after them for return or replacement. Surprisingly even customer care is not there, they have a email address which no one looks at...have sent them so many mails....even in social media these people dont respond...they just make u jump hoops....even a road side vendor is more reliable as he may still take back a damaged good..here good luck getting a response....I have now approached the consumer court
