★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i visited there was restriction due to covid which is 50% people's entry allowed so i need to stand in queue
For almost 7-8 min for entry.
The offers in westside is very attractive and pocket friendly.
The quality of febric is aslo very good if compared to local shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff does not know what range and sizes are available in their store, they dont offer any suggestions like checking the stock for availability, they dont have tools like measuring tape on them, they keeping running around for it. For everything, just say try it. Trying should be last option given else the store becomes unhygenic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the quality of clothes specially one piece for ladies and shirts for men. It has good size if u are buying xxl then here just get xl life of material is very good shine remains for a long time. Worth spending every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent more than an hour in queue for billing. Half of the counters were closed and the billing staff was busy asking for subscribing to the store. Tata group is expected to pay for Air India via Westside subscription

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide selected range.. Didn't find my choice of clothing! Staff very stubborn about getting membership done despite saying No multiple times! Train your staff its ones choice, you'll dont have to pressure the customer into getting a membership done! Very bad!

I love their shoe section too
Other sections lingerie , night suit,kids clothing, men formal and casuals.ladies western formals.Better prices than H&M or Marks and spencer

Yesterday, we had a real bad experience at the store. Firstly, the AC was switched off, store was suffocating and the Billing representatives were busing in achieving their upselling targets thereby creating long queues. The store manager too seemed confused and couldn't resolve queries.

There is a good variety of clothes available here. Clothes in women section were smart and trendy. Nothing is cheap by the way.
Size can be issue here. Small size were in abundance but bigger size were limited. Either population is getting bigger in size or they keep limited stock of bigger size.
The staff was helpful and cooperative.
The store is quite big. It's easy to go through stuff without crowding.
They were corona protocols too. Sanitizer was available. Masks were kept on.
