The price are little higher.
They generally don't provide discounts. 20% Discounts are available on bday only if u have gold card

I like its Indo western stuff better but it has good Indian stuff to offer as well.
But yes its definitely a little over priced if we look at the material.
Good to shop during discounts.
I was a little disappointed with the variety for footwear. It was decent but it could have been better.
Surprisingly footwear for men had more options, which was nice.
Overall, a good place to checkout when you go out for casual shopping!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You shouldnt keep the all the stock that ypu have in open, i mean it was urgent for me to buy a shoe i saw one which was so dirty as if it was used 1000 times and then kept to be sold, however i had to buy worth 2000, and now it seems i made a huge mistake, it feels u got it from amazon for 500 and sold it for 2000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is highly unprofessional especially at the counter section. On 23/10/2021, around 8:45 the guy on the bill counter attended us. He literally doesn't know how to talk, so immoral. I asked him about the discount since I have membership, he replied very rudely that 'why would we give discount to you'. This was not the only thing. He literally smashed my debit card on the table instead of giving it back to me. Not the last, then he put the bill on the counter table so carelessly that it flew away, and didn't show any concern. He was even not sorry when I asked him " are you tired or angry on something that you are behaving like this to a customer".
I felt as if he doing some favour on me, duh man we are paying you for the stuff (unbranded & unnecessarily expensive). I literally felt like I am shopping from a local market shop, where I can bargain and fight with the shopkeeper. Not so classic.
No doubt the staff forces you take membership (useless) or other defective items (which are still there).
But this kind of immortality is intolerable. Westside Rohini unity mall need to train their staff some really good professional skills. I have never seen this kind of horrible behaviour in other stores.
I haven't even checked on my debit card functionality after this incident, will do it. But if something happens to my card, I will report against you guys.
It's an awful experience. You are losing your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days back i bought 3 shirt from westside and the quality was so poor that i had to exchange it after two days. in just two wash the color was fading after wash and my other shirts were spoiled coz of this. Their staff is highly unprofessional. instead of deducting 300 the counter guy made a transaction of 3300 from my account. then i had to wait for 40 mins to collect the cash which was wrongly deducted from my account. on above this they will force you to purchase their yearly membership so that u can come again and buy those cheap quality product of theirs. They themselves know which product is defective still they put this in thier closet.
well the story is not ended if you are thinking. Their staff is highly unprofessional and rude i asked for the feedback form which they do not have. after collecting my cash i started receiving a call from this lady from exchange counter name Gurbakshkiran saying that i was giving extra cash which was counted 4 times by 4 different people, in which two of the people were their staff including gurbakshkiran. I do not recall that the extra cash was given still i am willing to give extra money so that they will stop calling me again and again. I would never ever recommend someone to purchase any product from this outlet as their staff is unprofessional, will waste your time, harrash you by calling you multiple times.
All the reviews here are fake thats what i can conclude from my experience with westside. their product is not worth buying. they need to give some soft skill classes to their staff how to treat their customer and Guys please make sure you check your account balance after handing over the card to the cashier. Highly disappointed will never purchase anything from westside. Attaching the screenshot of my purchase here.
