I bought one RCA smart tv on amazon, and that TV stopped working within month and now I am not getting any response for service neither from Westway nor from Amazon
I lost my 18k, and I am lower middle class personz so think thrice before buy any products from them..
One interesting thing is that their customer care executive not even tell their names to customer stating that it's their policy...
I give this company name as "Chor Company" and I thought This types of companies only doing that fraud calls to customer to nill their account

Service support is not good.
