★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Tresco faucet from Wet Concepts which is expensive but it caught rust in the first week after installing.
The store isn't responding to multiple calls made to them. This is unprofessional.
Better try other shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop. Its not about the variety always. Its over priced and also ill mannered staff. The staff abuses when one ask for the delivery of the product. They openly threaten. This is the worst shop I have ever been to in entire Mumbai. No one should go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience situated near Azad Nagar metro. Having wide variety of collection of tiles and sanitary wares including imported items.. Good services and staff are profession they guide you according to your need . price is on very higher side . Not reachable for limited budget people. But quality is off course excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't value their customers. After receiving full amount in advance they refuse to deliver on time and that's why I end up paying double the cost to my labour. The person sits there has no eitquette tht how he should behave with the customers.
I won't advise anyone to visit WET CONCEPTS situated at JP Road Andheri West as they are not going to serve you properly.
I ordered one greynite and I was promised to get a delivery in 2 days time while I got the delivery after 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection of all kinds of bathrooms fittings besides they also have floor tiles wall tiles and bathroom and kitchen tiles.
They have wc, faucet, shower heads, mixer and diverted. The place is a bit expensive than local market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They hardly care about customer service.. some how they feel they are the biggest shop in the tile industry.. they have been promising me to deliver the tiles to me since 4 days.. but never managed to deliver.
They have a small hoedown in bhiwandi and keep saying the material is on its way. But frankly they don't have too much in stock. It some old designs that they will try to sell you.. I don't think the shop is in a good state.
I would suggest to visit another local shop. Or try milan Subway
