★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sense of professionalism when replying to customer enquire. After the initial discussion on availability and price, our follow up questions on Instagram were left on seen for almost a week. No one picked up the call on the no. they have provided. Then we finally emailed them. We received a reply that they have received a confirmation from another client in Delhi. Even when we wanted to confirm, we couldn’t because our queries were not answered. And they got a better gig which was given preference over our 4 hour booking.
Weddings or any other celebrations are enough stress in themselves. The couple or the hosts do not need an added stress of unresponsive vendor.
Edit: As a reply to this, they have to say that my review was completely uncalled for and they feel taken for granted for because of what I said about my experience with them. As if enquires not being attended to, calls not being answered is not being taken granted for. They also expect that we give them a confirmation before they answer all our quests and that I was wrong in writing the review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service when i called for enquiry they told me they will call back in half an hour but i still haven't received their call till date. When i myself tried calling them after 3 days they do not answer neither call back. Dude, you'll have truly lost a customer, your loss. Learn to respect your customers
