The driver was eating chicken in the car and we had to ask him to clean it.
The car got punctured in the freezing winter of Delhi in the middle of night while we were coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Honda city for my son's wedding and paid advance of 7k and rest had to pay the driver and when the car arrived I just could believe my eyes. The condition of the car was so bad. The flowers were all dead and I could see the marks of the tape on the car. And from inside the car just looked terrible.
I asked the driver to clean but he didn't and I had jo choice but to keep everything aside and use the car. They refused to consider my request to change the car and clean the car.
The worst customer service and they just spoiled the whole event.
Even after everything they keep calling me for more money and refuses to accept their request.

11 Feb Update : The owners are harassing us by repeatedly calling us and our family members
Had a horrible experience with their service when I booked a Honda City for my brother-in-law's wedding ceremony.
The total cost was 13,500 and I had paid 7000 advance (which went into drain) and I was supposed to pay 6500 to the driver but if you see the condition of the car, you would not pay even a single penny to this horrendous service.
The photos sent over WhatsApp was clearly from 2-3 years back when the Honda City was in a serviceable condition
There was a crack on front left side of the car, which the driver tried to hide with a single flower, the tail light was broken, the ceiling was dirty and the seat covers !! The less spoken the better.
You wouldn't sit in a car like this for a cab ride, let alone for a wedding ceremony
The decoration was not even of 10 rupees, just some 6-8 days old stale roses stuck with double tape and the driver says it costs 2000 rs !
Adding to our headache, the car punctured in middle of highway late night at 2 AM in chilling delhi winter.
The driver said that because we asked him to drive a bit faster, the tyre punctured.
The driver was driving at 50 kmph on highway and aren't cars supposed to go at 70-80 kmph anyway ?
The car's check engine light was already on during the whole journey and clearly it was a faulty car that they sent us.
Then when we complained, the operations manager has the gall to say that we're talking insesibly, even though when I sent them the photos of the trash that they sent in name of a car
If you want to have any fond memories of your/your loved ones function, stay away from this filthy service provider at all costs
