It is a very good residential society with ample space of parking and other amenities. Security is very tight. Society is spacious and airy. Infinitive mall and Chincholi signal is nearby where Ample stores of eateries and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the early development of this area... posh building excellent infrastructure and quiet atmosphere. Most excellent housing society to live in. It is also just next to Goregaon sports Club. Most cleanest society in the Mumbai suburban area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live! The views from the upper floors are beautiful! You get to see the mangroves in all their glory. The apartments are close to both Inorbit and Infiniti malls. There is also a direct BEST bus that takes people from Whispering Heights to the railway station which is extremely convenient.
The maintenance of the property could be the better. Being close to the mangroves also has a few issues, including the foul odor that comes at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Noisy surroundings, one will have to keep windows closed to keep out the noise of Loud Bikes & cars. Also in rainy seasons this whole area stinks badly so keeping windows shut is the only option. Its an old building with Lesser amenities as compared to other Newer towers & buildings. Most of the time they have some or the other issue due to which they switch off the water supply for a day for residents. Every month the water issue has happened since we moved in. Not a good experience for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate and great to live in. The building has ample of space to walk, play and parking space for residents and non residents. The rooms are spacious too, in comparison to other societies. The cleanliness is at par with the rest of the standards. View from the rooms is alright, no smell whatsoever. In totality, peaceful and comfortable living. Close proximity to Infiniti and the market.
