★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have poor materials and cheap.... They take advance and then never follow time table... Also once installed they never come to resolve complaints...... I installed my modular kitchen from them.... I wish i could have gone with some other company as my kitchen is falling apart just in one month... And i am paying other vendors to correct their mistakes..... Bad totally bad experience.... They can be avoided at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bathroom vanity which could not fit in my bathroom, luckily I had already confirmed about an exchange while buying the product.
At the time of exchange, the sales person was extremely rude and reluctant, even though I chose a vanity which was 1000 less than the one I was exchanging, he did not adjust the amount my other purchase. We had no option than to pay 1000 more than the price of the vanity.
Finally when the vanity was delivered, the accessories to hang the vanity were missing, I had called a plumber from Urban Clap to fix the vanity, I had to pay to Rs. 250 to the plumber without getting the job done due to their negligence.
When I called the sales person to check, he simply said the packing staff forgot to pack it and asked me to purchase the accessories from market.
Pathetic experience.....
