★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best society in GT Karnal road but this is only applicable to initial Towers that has the best view.
What can I say.....the clubhouse, the gym, sports facilities are just amazing. Only 15 mins away from Delhi. Its 1000 times better than staying in a Gas chamber like Delhi.
If people reading this have 1 crore to 1.5 crore buy a 4BHK on initial towers, A or B and enjoy life(what a view). In few months RRTS construction will start, that will connect this apartment to Delhi Metro in just 10 minutes.
CAUTION: The RWA have no manners and they cannot even speak properly hence the builder is to be trusted. If you really want to purchase a apartment here it is indeed the best society to live but only on the initial Tower's. The builder is good and the construction quality is awesome. Some people have even man handled some people without any reason. 2BHK flat owners in this society think they belong to some royalty. Literally goons and gunda people run the RWA that is even not registered. So it would be a good idea to stay away from these people. They don't even have official RWA stationary, letterheads etc. 2BHK flat owners might want to collect the maintenance money so they can enjoy and loot normal residents, this might be the only reason to trust the builder. RWA's in these modern societies may degrade the living conditions hence people don't want them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Tower A and Tower B are good ,to be very honest. Clubhouse and gym are good too I think in full Sonipat these facilities are rather very very rare.
The some RWA people here are illiterate and can't even speak properly. 4 bedroom apartments are worth living and build quality is very good. If you are really planning to stay here only stay in tower A or B that too in 4 bedroom. Giving 3 stars only due to the poor RWA President( this guys is cheaper than my chappals).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is not good. I am resident here. Toilets are having leakages from upper floor. & Once you get possession they don't care about complaint s. From February I am giving complaint but no one bother to stop leakage in toilet from slab STPmis not working properly dirty smell. Flushing tanks get always dirty water full of earth/ dirt. STP smetimes overflow n gather in basements & no action is being taken to solve these problems.no pest control.nuisance of big rats nnpegeons etc
Worst fascility management. Not good service
