I gave saree for dry cleaning and what i got a damaged saree completely. And on complaining they started misbehaving and told us that they are just dry cleaning franchise and not liable for damage. I talked to the owner of company and he started scolding me and misbehaving and told me in that he can give me my money back and he will burn my saree in front of everybody. Very rude behaviour and they are mentally harassing their consumers. Filing the case with consumer court and police.
