Hiit ; TAbata... motivational and amazing people staff ....always ready to help you. Good nutrition planning by the trainers and some good resturant is down words to have fitness food so it's easy to maintain calories.... Amazing gym and equipments with good quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gym is very well equipped. I would say one of the best in the city. Friendly and Helpful trainers. The Gym is spacious and also has developing Yoga area. Probably already developed by the time you are reading this. Punching bag is a plus point for this Gym. Some people might feel the membership fee is a little high but in my opinion for services provided, membership fee is reasonable. Even a 10/15 minute travel time is worth it.

After only 3 weeks I went on holidays and wore a feeting clothes something I hadn’t done in years. Most importantly I feel confident and strong and have a newfound love for Gym. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you!
