β β β β β Should expand their availability and bandwidth ! Also give value for money, like jio fiber giving 30mbps in 400rs whereas WIFINITIVE is giving only 2mbps, i was planning to install fiber from WIFINITIVE because in my area(Cuttack, Rajabagicha) jio fiber isn't available yet but after looking into their prices, it looks like i must wait till jio reaches my area ! No hate, just a feedback ! βοΈ

β β β β β Lacks customer service. Whenever the network goes down, there is no prior information to that and they don't receive calls during this period. Though bandwidth is fine, but the connectivity is often fluctuating.

β β β β β I reached out to get a connection with them after seeing the high ratings here but was sorely disappointed. On asking them why are you charging INR 3500 for modem as non-refundable deposit, the owner turned abusive and defensive on call.
This small, local business will get rightfully gobbled up when better fiber operators like Jio and Airtel come to Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. They all charge 1000, one time for installation but the modem cost is refundable.
If this is the level of customer service they give even before a customer buys their modem and plan, I wonder how bad the service must be after I get the connection. I find it hard to believe the high ratings for Wifinitive on Google after my telephonic interaction with the owner.

β β β β β I have βΉ2100/month plan and the internet doesn't work half of the time. The ping is all ways high as usual. The internet is down from last 12 hours and when I called them the response was"It's down, we can't do anything. It will vome back at 4pm". And this is not the first time happening. My mobile data works better than this wifi.

β β β β β Really Thankful to Wifinitive for the kind of service they given to me. Given me the bandwidth what they promised with less ping.Never imagined I can use fiber with only 1 ping in Cuttack. Guys are always respond to the problem and fix it ASAP. I don't think any other ISP maintaining this kind of service in Cuttack.

β β β β β Very High cost.Cost is almost tripple in comparison to Speed and quality. I have used many internet services in many places but this one seem to be taking very high cost for below par service.
For comparison :
ACT in Bangalore : 300 Mbps connection costs approx βΉ1300 (very stable and consistent)
WiFiNitive in Cuttack : 200Mbps connection costs approx βΉ2400(unstable)

β β β β β The network downtime is unbearable. I took the connection 5 days ago and I am facing network downtime from last 2 days. Their customer care service unavailable half of the time. They will tell to contact this person or that person. My network was down from yesterday evening, customer care support told me that It will fixed in the very 1st hour in the morning. It's 2pm now still there is not a single person in their team who visited me to solve the problem. Pathetic after service. It's not the 1st time I'm facing this issue, it's 2nd time in 5 days. I would not recommend anyone this ISP. Better switch to other ISP.
