But builder delayed for 4 years and after that forced for registration in under construction state and above that charged illegal interest. After registration again threatening for more illegal money. He loots every one. Just to know fact about him just go through mouthshut reviews of Windsor Troika.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Builder is a cheater. We booked the flat at windsor troika on 2017 and was promised to get on 2018 dec. Its 2022 and now also its not completed. Project is still under construction but he manage to get the OC on Aug 2021. After that many went for underconstruction registration and when I approached for registration came to know builder is looting everyone in name of interest for delay payment. After lot of humiliation harassments and sufferings if anyone arrange to pay interest and do registration then this builder by cheating takes signature on MOU stating you have given the interest on free will without any force and sometime he takes family into hostage as he taken mine family and forced to pay ransom and forcefully taken signature on MOU. Same he done in his previous project also at windsor four season. Just search cases in karnataka state forum to get the reference. He will threatens in such a way that you will bound to leave the city as we were. Be aware of such kind of fraud cheater dacoit.

"Integrity is delivering or doing the right thing even when no one is watching you."
Windsor has always delivered more than what they have promised and as an investor with them from the last 15 years, I have always profited and also recommended them to many of my clients and friends.
