Doesnt have a concerned team to address greivences. Flower quality drops after 4 weeks of subscription and no way to cancel it. Better go with Mimosa or SOS

I placed and order for red asiatic lilies on 19th November. Paid 1100 for it. Delivery was to be done on 20th at prestige shantiniketan, Whitefield, Bangalore
Tejaswini messaged me on 20th that due to rain, the flowers could not be delivered.. Will be done on 21st.
21st, no delivery happened. Tejaswini did not bother to update. She didn't reply to my msgs or return my calls.
Today as well. I called, no reply, no call back
I msgd. No reply.
Though she had the time to check my WA status.. but not bothered to reply
After all this she blocked me on WA.
I wrote on Instagram, emailed them.. but no reply
