Update:
I filed complaint on their portal and got a call from their customer support department and they apologized for the bad experience I have had.
They offered free redelivery of the same cake along with some complimentary gifts (which ofcourse I politely denied).
I think it might be one off case and they definitely deserve a second chance. Changing the rating to 4 star.

I had ordered a cake at 8pm according to that cake should have arrived between 11pm to 12pm but suddenly at 11pm I recive a msg that my number is not reachable please update your alternate number otherwise your order will be return …I did the same and also I called on customer support to asking about the order then they say that “Mam your order cannot deliver at the mentioned time sorry for this we will be deliver between 10 am to 2pm on next day on priority “so on next day at 1pm that i get a call by saying that “Mam the cake I ordered is not available, you can't get the money back in your account we can refund in wallet only..
so because of this you have to be order another cake “ . After that I called them at 2pm then they say that “madam the cake you asked takes 4-5 hours to prepare so please allow 2-3 hrs more” …. I got my order at 3:30pm finally.
