★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic company pathetic delivery experience.
These guys are good for nothing order placed at 11:00 am is out for delivery from 1:00 pm to a place 10 minutes away and yet not delivered at 7:30pm.
Called these guys thousand times at customer care no. Even at local winni centre however there is no end to their unprofessional behaviour.
These guys even have raised a rider that product can get delivered next day that what is point of paying a delivery premium on valentines day to these guys for flowers or other stuff.
If a order placed at 11 am is not delivered till now, what is point of using their services. Contact local flower shops or bakeries for delivery, but never ever this pathetic company which only gives lame excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointing experience placing an order from Winni, order placed for my father's retirement function, choosen a fixed time slot 10-11, called the customer center a day prior to ensure the delivery on time ,only for the reason because it's a retirement function ,guest shall leave post that,that is the only reason choosen Winni because there was a fixed delivery slot available, but to my sheer disappointment neither the order was delivered nor any information whatsoever about the delivery information.
Called customer care they are randomly giving another one hour ,order getting ready excuses .
I am extremely disappointment with Winni for completely ruining the ocassion , pl. Don't run the business if you don't have the infrastructure or the capability to do the same. Pl understand the whole foundation of your business is based on emotions and timely deliveries of the order and you guys are simply failing in both the parameters.
Will never ever risk my precious occasions with these guys .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the cake as it was mentioned in the site that I will get the delivery on the same day. Later, I was called and told that I'll get the order next date before 12 in the afternoon.
Next day i got nothing by 12 when I started calling and got no answer after calling 10 times.I then raised multiple complaints and then received the order at 1:30. The cake was pricy, tiny, looked bad and tasted even worse. It was hard and stale. I ended up throwing most of it. A birthday just got ruined.This is outrageous, I demand a refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quality in the products.. they are not even original infact they do not exist. They are using ferns n petals to deliver their orders.
Waste of money and time, rubbish flowers, bouquets, decorations, presentations... all is bad. Given one star only because I had to give review.
They dont deserve even a half star.
The customer support is also pointless, they do no support or help.
In all they are making fool of customers so its a request do not order from them or you will regret always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got confirmation for 1 cake order(attached in mail) and got deducted payment twice with message I will receive back one amount to orginal mode of payment.
Today my sister received two cake from Winni. Either you should send me mail confirmation for 2 orders or you should not send me I will get deducted payment.
Now onward I am not going to place any order with winni and never recommend anyone to trust on these people to sond hard earn money to the fake site and their incompetent customer care service.
I buy online stuff from Amazon and other good website if fault is from their end they resolve the matter by refunding the amount.

Worst place to order your cakes, worst user interface and a customer service aiming to be nadir of its competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service they are frauding also I had paid 700 for rasmalai cake and they delivered butterscotch that too very bad in taste just the look is ok otherwise it was hell. They didn't even returned the money neither they are responding poor service ????

The quality is so bad and absolutely pathetic.Dont knw why they have tied up with cheap locals vendors jst for money.I mean look at your cake and not only that the cake is not at all fresh and has 80% cream nly.I have called 10 times to custmer care and they havnt taken any action or havnt done anything. After this i think m not gonna order from winni at all.
