β β β β β The building reflects the urbanised city as it was spacious and huge. It has a community hall which looks wonderful and is suitable for parties and other family gatherings.

β β β β β Connectivity is a little issue if you are not known, either u should have private vehicle or book a cab on ola or uber.
If u want to save money u can take an auto upto Digha Bridge And from there u can get another auto towards Patliputra jn, on the way u will get Winsome Empire

β β β β β Good locality, pretty wide connecting road, and sufficient open space in the society. More than 220 flats with almost all amenities like gym, club, swimming pool etc.
The only problem I see here is that the place is at a very low ground level. In rainy season, there is fair chance that the ground level parking will be submerged.
