★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not realise people are so illiterate as they are putting up such complaints . They should realise that after providing occupation certificate 2 years ago it is the duty of KDMC to provide water and not the builder .
The builder is yet helping everyone to solve this matter but this type of behaviour will not help the people. The complainants should seek help from the builder to jointly resolve the problem against KDMC

So Just Think 100 times before buying.

Please don't trust this builder for any of its project. Advise to take flat in ready possession buildings of any other builder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to live in. Hardly any ola comes here. No transport accessibility close by especially for older people. Find used sanitary napkins all around society and so untidy. Especially during this Covid season when sickness is spreading the society is filthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever builder (Amrut Pearl Mehta Groups).all the interior work is done in poor quality. Poor flooring, loosely fitted electricity boards and quality is very poor, no proper water supply ,leakages in ceiling and worst of all they sell you the flat by keeping you misinformed about parking, They never told that open parking is not allowed. At the time of possession all the maintenance amount has been collected. Whereas lot of things are incomplete. When we checked with other people in the society, most of them are going through such type of experience. This type of service is very cheap. While booking time they have made various promises. But after taking a booking amount no support from builder and team.
