Efforts to troubleshoot this was not quite satisfactory, as I had to consult my previous computer service centre for resolution and get it fixed. The reason to not give 5 was only due to this, I applaud your sincerity towards hard work and honesty to curb cost incurred against the adapter replacement so for that you deserve 4 stars from me.. Thank you for the service offered? I hope you will work on my feedback.
